Gestionnaire principal(e), planification et analyse financière (FP&A)

Seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team and lead a small team of financial analysts, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of financial data presented to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance
• At least 3-5 years in FP&A
• Proven experience in team management in a high-performance context
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Data visualization and BI skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
