Flock is hiring a Technical Account Manager to lead the technical support for a strategic, high-touch account. The role involves configuring, training, and supporting the customer’s hardware and software suite, as well as driving proactive improvements and escalating risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering training to large groups
  • Excellent cross-functional communication
  • Bias toward ownership and willingness to travel up to ~60%
