Senior Manager FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Manager FP&A will work as an integral member of the Business Unit Finance Team, analyzing and summarizing financial and operational data, and providing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning services to business units.

What You Will Do

Develop financial models, analyze complex financial data, and provide executive summaries on key indicators. Drive standardization and process improvement, implement Business Intelligence tools, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
• Specialized technical training or knowledge of retail is a plus
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Must be organized, able to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency
• Proven ability to manage positive business partnerships and perform in complex cross-functional environment
• Establishes and maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results
• Skilled in financial modeling, creating business cases, and data analysis
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
