Role Overview

The Area Sales Director will support IDs’ efforts to manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow their customer base, and track sales data. They will build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors), manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, and grow your customer base. You will also analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales and use consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales, a bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. They will be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card and be at least 21 years old.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales
  • Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card
  • Valid Driver’s License and Safe Driving Record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
