Role Overview
We are seeking a techno-functional finance professional with a strong FP&A background and expertise in Power BI, automation, dashboards, and process improvement. This role will support reporting transformation initiatives while delivering critical financial and operational insights to leadership.
What You Will Do
Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial, labor, proposal, and operational reports. Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.

Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Strong FP&A foundation with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard development
- Strong Excel, Power Query, and data analysis skills
- Experience in reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
