FP&A Lead, Global Markets

Role Overview

The FP&A Lead, Global Markets will lead the Global Markets Integrated Business Planning process and maintain one credible forward view of demand, supply, earnings, cash, working capital, and risk. This is a hands-on and influential role, not a reporting or consolidation role.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Lead will lead the Global Markets IBP, reconcile customer demand, supply, product mix, pricing, costs, and inventory into one credible financial view, explain performance through underlying commercial and operational drivers, and build and challenge integrated financial models.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, strategy, investment analysis, transaction services, or consulting
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, IBP, or performance management across multiple markets or businesses
• Advanced three-statement modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal capability
• Strong understanding of customer and product economics, price-volume-mix, working capital, cash, credit, foreign exchange, and return on capital
• A track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering measurable financial or commercial improvement
• Experience leading people or matrix teams and improving capability
• Advanced Excel / Power BI and the ability to turn large, imperfect datasets into clear decisions
• Experience with SAP, Data Warehouses / Cubes, Power BI, enterprise planning tools, MS Fabric, data transformation, or automation would be valuable
• Experience in dairy, FMCG, commodities, B2B markets, or complex supply chains would also be useful
• A relevant quantitative degree or equivalent demonstrated capability is expected
• Professional or postgraduate qualifications are desirable, but judgement and delivery matter more than credentials alone
