We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to become our People Operations Lead. This role is the cornerstone of our HR function in Egypt, responsible for ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant people operations while directly managing and developing the People Ops team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in HR/People Operations, with at least 2 years in a direct team leadership or management role.
- Expert, hands-on knowledge of Egyptian labor law, mandatory social insurance schemes, payroll processing, and government liaison protocols.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee benefits, specifically medical insurance policies and vendor relationships.
- High proficiency as an administrator and super-user of HRIS platforms; advanced analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated success in improving, documenting, and scaling operational HR processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach a team and influence stakeholders.
- Unwavering integrity, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
