Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can lead a team and still close business themselves. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of 2-3 Business Development Mangers across the region while carrying your own book of business.

What You Will Do

Recruit, onboard, and develop your team of Business Development Mangers across the region, carry and manage your own assigned territory and revenue target, source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally
  • Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with regular travel across the region
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
