The Product Operations Manager will run program management for innovation projects, drive the team’s planning & development cycles, support the monthly portfolio reporting cadence, and support business cases and ROI analysis for product investments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Product Operations
- Experience running or supporting a portfolio governance or reporting cadence and an annual planning/roadmapping cycle
- Experience leading programs and projects with cross-functional impact
- Excellent organization skills and a track record of dependable follow-through
- Demonstrated record of problem-solving, influencing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written professional skills
- Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment
