Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Systems Analyst owns configuration and optimization of the CPQ (RCA) system to enable accurate, efficient, and scalable deal execution across the QTC lifecycle, driving automated approvals, pricing consistency, and improved deal velocity through system-driven governance.
What You Will Do
Configure and maintain RCA system components, design and build reporting and dashboards, work with Business Systems/IT, enable efficient and scalable deal execution, translate business and revenue process requirements into scalable CPQ configurations, and ensure data integrity and consistency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CPQ/CRM systems administration
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce RCA
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and scalable workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset and experience identifying and resolving process inefficiencies
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate system logic
