Role Overview

The Senior Director, Commercial and Marketing Technology Platforms plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Fortrea’s commercial and marketing technology ecosystem. This leader is responsible for the strategy, management, and continuous evolution of platforms that enable business development, customer engagement, proposal management, pricing, sales analytics, and marketing operations across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

Support the VP of Enterprise, Commercial, Quality Strategy and Technology Platforms in defining the strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for commercial and marketing technology platforms. Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with Commercial and Marketing business leaders, serving as the primary IT liaison for platform needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., marketing automation, digital content management, analytics)
• Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with commercial and marketing business objectives
