About the Work

• Keywords: Intent Capture, Enrichment, Qualification + Routing
• Budget for initial build: $5-$20k
• Budget for maintenance/upkeep: $3-5k/month
• Location: Globally remote
• Working hours: we’re looking for at least 4 hours of working overlap with ET
• Start date: Immediate
• Company stage: Seed

Context:

Forward is a consulting firm that spins up fractional Engineering leaders and teams of engineers for primarily US based startups.

Virtually all our business to date has just come from the founder’s network / referrals.

We’re looking to spin up some GTM infrastructure that scans the market for intent and enriches/qualifies/maps those leads to specific personas/buyer.

We’re thinking N8N for automation and Clay for orchestrating enrichment but we’re open here and open on CRM.

Our goal here is not to automate outbound but to build a system to empower a human to do thoughtful, relevant outbound to handful of high-intent, well-aligned accounts per week.

We’re engineers but we don’t know anything about GTM engineering so would be looking to you to help us figure this out.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

• You have experience building GTM infrastructure
• You have opinions about coverage + quality of data providers
• You have N8N and Clay experience
• You have a background in sales, marketing, or revops
• You have 8+ years experience
