Founding Account Executive

We’re looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join our team at Reacher. This role entails putting together the full processes and systems for your end to end sales motion. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with business owners, and ensuring customers see maximum success on TikTok Shop using our platform.

Requirements

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing, first meeting, closed and maintaining relationships with a book of business
  • Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and leveraging AI powered tools
  • Take prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with founders, and leadership to keep a tight feedback loop between product, engineering and customer success
  • Help lay the foundation or the future sales organization as the company grows
