Requirements
- Assist in planning and executing AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns
- Support the setup of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with the senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization
- Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation
- Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics
- Help maintain the email marketing calendar
- Coordinate with design and content teams
- Design and build email templates and campaign layouts
