We are seeking a detail-oriented perfectionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to work as a Social Media and Digital Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital platforms and coordinating with vendors.

Requirements

  • Create and maintain social media pages across multiple platforms
  • Update and manage content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Schedule and push out content according to the editorial calendar
  • Keep website content current, including regular updates to pages, blogs, and news sections
  • Manage online directory listings to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for digital platforms
  • Ensure the CRM is up to date with relevant information for marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data from digital platforms to inform strategy and improvements
  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support for digital operations as needed
