We are seeking a Social Media and Digital Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with urgency. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented perfectionist with a deep knowledge of digital platforms and social media management tools.
Requirements
- Create and maintain social media pages across multiple platforms
- Update and manage content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Schedule and push out content according to the editorial calendar
- Keep website content current, including regular updates to pages, blogs, and news sections
- Manage online directory listings to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Coordinate updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for digital platforms
- Ensure the CRM is up to date with relevant information for marketing campaigns
- Analyze data from digital platforms to inform strategy and improvements
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness
- Provide administrative support for digital operations as needed
