What You Will Do
Monitor commercial objective compliance, create and support commercial reports, provide recommendations, and improve sales productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software/technology
- High analytical and follow-up capacity
- Experience in managing a sales team (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- High negotiation and conflict resolution capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in sales operations, commercial operations, and/or similar functions (desirable)
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into process and system requirements, ensure local execution, and commercial impact
- Analytical capacity and demonstrated ability to extract key business information through data analysis
- Agile, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with data analysis visualization applications and sales intelligence software
- Advanced skills in Office application packaging
- Desirable to have a solid understanding of Salesforce or other CRM applications
