Revenue Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Join JFrog’s Revenue Enablement team as a hybrid position, Monday–Friday, to steer the current Enablement function, focusing on programs and tools, and be responsible for building and improving our Enablement Center of Excellence.

What You Will Do

Develop training courses, implement programs to drive pipeline & collaboration, enhance the existing process for new Sales onboarding and continuous education, create training material, track and measure results, and lead special projects related to JFrog’s enablement activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enablement, sales or sales management, sales productivity or product enablement
• Proven Experience in business operations execution in a matrix environment.
• Proven experience in implementing sales methodologies (Command of the Message, Challenger etc), and Sales Qualification Frameworks (MEDDICC etc).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & continuously changing environment
• High degree of familiarity teaching technically complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience in planning and forecasting with a high level of organizational skills
• High-level degree of accountability for SLAs
• Strong executive presence, communication, collaboration, and influence skills
• Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
• Proven track record of producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs.
• Ability to conduct analyses and translate results to easily digestible communications including messages and presentations
• Experience with Salesforce required
• Experience with an LMS and or CoM is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with the Security / DevOps Domain a plus but not required.
