Data Engineer – Data Integration & Pipelines

Role Overview

What You Will Do

Development, operation, and continuous optimization of stable, high-performance data pipelines for various data sources and application areas. Development and maintenance of data processing workflows using a modern data engineering stack (Python, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Spark, and Dremio).

Why It Might Be a Fit

Completed studies in computer science, data science, software development, or a comparable qualification. In-depth knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as understanding of data modeling and data quality requirements.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, software development, or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Python and SQL
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality requirements
• Experience in processing and transforming data from various source systems
• Professional experience in data engineering, data science, software development, or business intelligence
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI-CD (GitLab), and workflow orchestration (e.g., Argo Workflows)
