Manager, GTM Systems & Architecture

Front is a customer operations platform for B2B complexity, and we’re looking for a Manager to lead our GTM Systems Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, team management, and architectural knowledge.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
• At least 2+ years in a leadership or lead architect capacity
• Proven team management experience
• Deep Architectural Knowledge
• Strong experience designing and managing system integrations
• Agile Mastery
• Experience owning CI/CD processes
• Experience with QA automation practices
