Manager of Financial Operations & Strategy – Central Plains Milling

We are looking for a Manager of Financial Operations & Strategy to oversee all financial operations across Howells and Columbus locations, develop and implement financial management practices, and lead the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, operations, or leadership role
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience managing financial systems and business software
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
