Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the Sales Enablement team in developing and executing New Product Introductions (NPI), End-of-Life (EOL) related tasks, customer communication initiatives, and multichannel campaigns to increase product awareness and generate leads. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to carry out marketing communication plans, NPI and EOL project tasks, and campaigns. The Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in creating and distributing sales and clinical communication materials and resources for Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Clinical Specialist teams globally.
What You Will Do
Assist with coordination and tracking of project tasks related to NPI, EOL programs, and campaigns. Create and distribute sales and clinical communication materials and resources. Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions and enablement activities for sales teams. Help maintain and update sales enablement content repositories. Collaborate with team members to gather feedback from sales and clinical teams to improve enablement materials and resources.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles
- Exposure to customer-facing healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting sales or training teams is beneficial
