Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, achieving new business opportunities, and exceeding campaign targets. They will work closely with other departments to satisfy customer needs and provide accurate opportunity and forecasting data.
What You Will Do
The role involves generating insights and appointments, achieving talk-time and leads targets, and coordinating with other departments to satisfy customer needs. The Inside Sales Executive will also work on ad-hoc tasks such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight.

Requirements
- 2+ years previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) phone based sales, specifically software maintenance renewals
- Experience in phone based account management sales, ideally software renewal and upsell
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Sales Force.com or similar CRM tool
- Highly motivated and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Have pleasant disposition and attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Able to work on rotational shifts and public holidays
