Rapidly growing SaaS company seeking an Account Executive (B2B) to own the full sales cycle and consistently exceed monthly targets across both new business and existing accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in direct sales (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting, and pitching, preferably B2B in a Software Company.
- Extensive experience selling to customers in Indonesia
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse array of customers
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
- Previous Experience in a startup is preferred
- Having previously trained in Sales Methodology will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
