Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling to HR, operations, or business owners
- Proven ability to self-source leads and manage a full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
