Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns, develop and test ad creatives, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with creative and product teams to align marketing objectives and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools like Google Data Studio.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (PPC / SEM / social ads)
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a data‐driven mindset

Benefits

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000
