CRM Manager

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will support the development and execution of B2C digital marketing campaigns, managing campaign builds from end to end while enhancing data usage and email best practices.

What You Will Do

The CRM Manager will use tools like Iterable, HTML, Microsoft Excel, and GSuite to launch targeted email, push, and onsite campaigns, analyze campaign metrics, manage segmentation criteria, and ensure full compliance with email data laws and GDPR requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or CRM campaign management within a consumer-facing environment
• Hands-on familiarity with email marketing automation platforms like Iterable
• Basic understanding of HTML and its practical application in email formatting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GSuite
• Understanding of email regulations, GDPR requirements, and data protection standards
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience supporting CRM, email, or digital marketing campaign delivery
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Iterable or similar marketing automation software
• Working knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Excel, and GSuite tools
• Ability to interpret campaign data to inform marketing improvements
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in our Bath office
