Role Overview
The FXAIR Sales Director will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are exposed to FXAIR and Flexjet products. The role requires a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record in account management. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven team environment.
What You Will Do
Proactive outbound sales efforts, maximising inbound opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves owning and meeting/exceeding FXAIR targets and KPIs, and collaborating with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.

Requirements
- BA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field
- Experience in the business aviation industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Language skills (Arabic)
- Must possess the legal ability to work in the European Union
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage a flexible schedule
