- Proven experience in the Forex/CDF brokerage industry
- Strong understanding of IB and affiliate partnership models
- Experience in sales and partner acquisition
- Experience working with MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 ecosystems
- Experience negotiating commission structures and partnership agreements
- Experience using CRM systems and partner tracking tools
- Ability to analyze partner performance and trading activity
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
