Join FxPro as a Business Development Manager to build and manage partnerships in the CIS region, driving sales and generating trading volume. Responsibilities include developing the partnership network, attracting new partners, and negotiating partnership agreements. Requirements include proven experience in the Forex/CDF industry, sales and partner acquisition experience, and negotiation and persuasion skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Forex/CDF brokerage industry
  • Strong understanding of IB and affiliate partnership models
  • Experience in sales and partner acquisition
  • Experience working with MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 ecosystems
  • Experience negotiating commission structures and partnership agreements
  • Experience using CRM systems and partner tracking tools
  • Ability to analyze partner performance and trading activity
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong business development skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
