Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Mumbai

Role Overview

The Associate, FP&A is a versatile, early-career finance professional who will serve as a generalist across Galaxy’s business lines and corporate functions. This role offers room to grow as the team’s India footprint expands over time.

What You Will Do

Support the broader finance team across management reporting, expense allocation, planning, and forecasting. Help ensure personnel and G&A expenses are appropriately allocated across business-unit and corporate-function budgets, support recurring revenue and cost analyses, and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience at a financial services company (required)
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency with AI tools, with tangible examples of using them to accelerate analysis or reporting
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and reliability on recurring processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets
