Role Overview
The PMO Project Manager will provide cross-functional coordination and execution structure to the Growth, Development, and Power functions, ensuring that work is coordinated across the business and that departments are engaged before gaps become schedule, resource, or business risks.
What You Will Do
The role will involve breaking complex initiatives into clear workstreams, maintaining portfolio-level visibility into Growth, Development, and Power activities, identifying and managing dependencies between stakeholders, and tracking commitments and action items across departments.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management
- Working knowledge of site development processes
- Basic knowledge of real estate contracts
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage project workstreams
- Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions
- Strong ability to translate complex or loosely defined initiatives into structured, trackable execution plans
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to identify dependencies, organizational gaps, and risks and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve them
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience with project/work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
