Galderma is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager to lead the analytical aspects of Product Portfolio and support the Global Product Leader in establishing the Product Operating model. The role will involve facilitation, program management, and risk analysis for critical projects.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Operations, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, or biotech industry
- Experience in Product Launch is a MUST
- Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong ability to analyze complex data, structure and prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
