Requirements

• Builds, leads, and develops a team by providing direction and guidance to managers and associates on career development
• Lead the development of Ad Tech and Ad Ops strategies and roadmaps
• Be the ad trafficking subject matter expert and go-to person across offices for ad ops and ad tech related questions and issues
• Develop and promote technical roadmaps to modernize, enhance, and support the scalability and agility needed for Kaizen, our internal campaign management platform
