Senior Associate, Ad Ops & Ad Tech

GALE is seeking a Senior Associate for Ad Operations and Ad Tech in Bengaluru. The role involves setting up and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or a related digital advertising field
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, or similar tools
• Experience working on ad-verification tools such as Integral Ad science, Double verify, Moat etc.
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems
• Familiarity with tag management solutions and experience with implementing and troubleshooting ad tags and pixels
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and eager to learn with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
