What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities by recognising, growing and maintaining business relationships. Drive and be actively involved in the winning and securing of both new and existing customers. Customer facing role with an emphasis on building strong relationships with brokers and driving organic growth.

Requirements
- Holding or working towards a CII qualification
- Insurance development experience desirable
- Experience in a regulated environment within insurance is essential
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for building relationships and achieving results
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of meeting targets
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with underwriting teams sets you apart
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Confidence in presenting to groups
- Proficiency in MS Office and video call technology
- Eligible to work in the UK
