Gallagher & Mohan work exclusively within the real estate industry, providing financial analysis, marketing, and accounting support to clients. The Investor Relations & CRM Analyst will support the business and investor relations function of a US-based real estate private equity client.
What You Will Do
Research and maintain contact intelligence, own the accuracy of CRM records, prepare materials for meetings and presentations, and support quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in CRM database management, investor relations support, business development support, or research operations
- Hands-on ownership of a CRM system, including data hygiene and deduplication

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US business hours
