FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The FP&A Analyst is a key contributor within the function, supporting the delivery of high-quality management reporting and performance analysis to senior leaders within the organisation. The role is primarily focused on revenue and cost of sales analysis, supporting understanding of performance drivers, margin development and overall profitability at Group and Vertical level.

What You Will Do

Support the preparation of regular management reporting and performance analysis, prepare and maintain group-level reporting frameworks, metrics and analytical outputs, contribute to trend analysis and incorporate leading indicators into reporting outputs to support a more forward-looking view of performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in an FP&A, management accounting or analytical role
• Good understanding of financial reporting statements
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to investigate variances and identify trends within financial information
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Finance colleagues
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A willingness to learn and develop within an FP&A environment
• Awareness of AI-enabled tools and their use in Finance
