Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Finance and/or business school and/or accounting
- 5-10 years FP&A or ISC Finance relevant experience in multinational environment & complex organization
- Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Expertise in month-end close processes and financial consolidation
- Strong proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data accuracy
- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
