The Analytics team within Service Strategy & Operation group generates valuable insights by interpreting large volumes of data for Service Delivery associates and their leaders around new ideas, opportunities and strategies on the way we engage clients, leading to higher client retention.
Requirements
- Process management for analytics process improvements while problem solving for analytics automation use cases
- Execute unit testing to build error-free automation outcomes
- Understand and support implementation of analytics process improvements while driving automation for analytics use cases and optimizing data delivery
- Collaborate with business users / focus groups to ensure UX is error free, seamless and easy to use
- Drive innovation to come up with new analytics processes and automation providing new business ideas and strategies
