The role involves collaborating with Finance and Conferences leadership to develop and optimize financial analytics for sales teams, analyzing complex business challenges, and providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of core analytics experience
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, Analytics or Statistics, Finance – Master’s degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI – Dax, power query, advanced data modelling, query folding, Databricks etc.
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; Python experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large financial and operational datasets, identifying key linkages and business drivers
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Power Point, Think Cell, Outlook, etc.
• Proven business partnering skills, with experience collaborating across finance and data domains to deliver actionable recommendations
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate high ownership, accountability and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills in a matrixed organization with the ability to present complex analyses to executive audiences
