Selling Gates’ industrial products in Queensland, Australia, and managing established accounts in a specified geographic area. Developing strategies to accelerate growth of new and additional products and/or new markets. Implementing business tools motivating distributors.

Requirements

  • Research customer needs and develop application of products and services
  • Develop a visit plan and strategy for the responsible market or region
  • Forecast long and short-range market potential in the responsible region
  • Establish a customer intimate relationship with senior management and decision makers for important customers and/or potential new customers
  • Create and conduct technical and commercial presentations/proposals, distributor or end user training, and other end user activities
  • Manage the performance of channel partners
  • Perform key account duties across OEM’s and other key customers
  • Actively practice and support Gates strategic plan
  • Align with Gates vision and strategic priorities
