Sr. Manager of People Operations

Gator Bio is a fast-growing life science tools company seeking a Sr. Manager of People Operations to lead the HR team and develop people strategies to achieve the company’s long-term success.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute the company’s goals and strategies
• Oversee the administration of human resources programs
• Build, challenge, and motivate the Gator Bio team
• Develop and lead initiatives driven by HR analytics
• Provide human resources support and consultation across the business
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
• Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment
• Facilitate performance reviews, professional development, training, and certification for staff
• Manage pre-tax benefits, ancillary benefits, and COBRA administration
• Manage international personnel matters and programs in EMEA and Asia
• Perform exit interviews to analyze the company’s status
• Create and own the strategy, analysis, processes, and implementation to ensure an exceptional employee experience
• Mentor and lead the People Operations team
• Communicate and coordinate with global teams
• Work in office
• Occasional travel may be required
