Growth Marketing Manager for Innovations

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager for Innovations will help shape the future of GCash by developing and launching new products and features that support our vision of Financial Inclusion for All.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for consumer insights and research, product proposition and marketing mix, business case and budget planning, go-to-market strategy, performance monitoring and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement and team leadership.

We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related field, with strong consumer insights experience, and excellent analytical, writing, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related field, with strong consumer insights experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in business case development and advertising and promotions (A&P) budget management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer and business data into clear insights and actionable plans.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly in developing consumer insights, product propositions, research briefs, and creative briefs.
• Experience developing communication strategies and working with creative teams to deliver campaigns that drive customer acquisition and usage.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment and manage multiple priorities.
