Lead Finance Specialist – FP&A Operations

Role Overview

The Lead Finance Specialist will play a critical role in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for GE Precision Healthcare LLC’s global services operations.

What You Will Do

Lead the development of global operating plans, budgets, and forecasts, conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare and present financial reports, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Proven ability to build complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan)
• Experience in developing dashboards in PowerBI and application of AI features to analytics
• Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
