The Services FP&A Process Transformation Leader will own the financial strategy and performance narrative for a critical segment of our business, leading high-impact financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
• 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo thinking, and drive consensus across organizational levels
• Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior executives
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions
