We are seeking a Service Account Manager with strong technical and commercial capabilities to grow service revenues across the LAM region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, promoting and selling complex service offerings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow service revenues across the LAM region.
- Promote and sell complex service offerings including Upgrades, Retrofitting, Digital Packages, Obsolescence Solutions, and Spare Parts Kits.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Subsidiary teams to enhance service visibility, reputation, and credibility at customer sites.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and value-driven proposals.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support service portfolio development and innovation.
