Join a structured 3-year leadership program designed to build future leaders who understand the front end of the business, develop strong commercial instincts, and learn how to solve real business problems. Through a series of rotational assignments, you’ll gain hands‐on experience in customer-facing roles, inside sales, product management, and strategic business operations—preparing you for leadership opportunities across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (strong academic performance)
- 0–3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus
- Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges
- Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams
- Problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions
- Leadership potential: self-starter who sets and meets goals; history of leading projects or teams (student orgs, clubs, etc.) is highly valued
- Highly driven and collaborative: you thrive in a team environment and pursue goals with energy and integrity

- Wage Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
