The Sr. Financial Analyst – Incentive Compensation & Corporate Accounting is responsible for end-to-end accounting, reporting, and controls over incentive compensation programs and related common equity activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting; experience in a large corporate or public accounting environment preferred
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and internal control concepts, including documentation and testing of key controls
- Advanced Excel with ability to work with large data sets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight month-end and quarter-end deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document accounting positions and explain results to non-accountants
