Role Overview
The Director, Business Development & Client Relations plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our organization’s reach. This person will be a working sales representative of the Organization, responsible for new sales and client acquisition. While this is a sales-focused role, this person will also oversee Marketing and Client Relations functions.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Lead sales efforts by identifying target clients and creating compelling value propositions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 8-10 years sales experience within healthcare, medical or insurance sphere with strong preference towards cost containment.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
