Genesys is looking for a Data Analyst to support cost management and vendor strategy through trusted reporting, data analysis, and insight generation. The Data Analyst will work across multiple data sources and business processes to improve visibility into spend, usage, trends, and decision drivers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or related roles
- Strong experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivots, and reporting outputs
- Experience with SQL or similar query tools for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple inputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
